MARRIOTTSVILLE, MD, -- The Bon Secours Health System, Inc., Health System Office (HSO) is pleased to announce the promotion and transfer of Ken Turner, effective today, to the position of Director of Performance Management.

Turner will report to Stephanie McCutcheon, Chief Operating Officer. Ken is based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, but will travel regularly to the local systems.

Turner has been with the Bon Secours Health System for 14 years, serving in a variety of roles. Most recently, he was the Director of Organizational Improvement for Bon Secours Hampton Roads, where he facilitated continuous improvement efforts, working with operating leaders to yield millions of dollars in revenue enhancement and cost savings.

In his new role for the HSO, Ken will be responsible for the deployment of the Premier/Outlook operations database, which is designed to improve operational
performance and to standardize processes and systems throughout the organization.
