Bon Secours Richmond Health System Appoints
Interim Leader

Richmond, VA, June 14, 2007 - Peter J. Bernard announced today that Michael Robinson, presently EVP/Administrator of Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center, will also serve as interim EVP/Administrator of Bon Secours Richmond Community Hospital following the departure of Paula Autry on June 22, 2007. "Michael brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience and market expertise to this expanded role", Bernard said. Robinson will have a regular, significant presence on both campuses.

Bernard went on to say, "As I have shared with many of you over the past several years, we are committed to the continued strength of our ministry in Church Hill. I anticipate continued investment, even as we evaluate additional growth opportunities related to the future of the hospital".

Richmond Community Hospital enjoys a rich legacy of commitment to the community and has been a system leader in employee engagement and quality. It was reported that the interim structure would support the continued progress on each of these key initiatives and help outline the future of the ministry.
