LONG TERM DISABILITY (LTD)
Eligible first day of month following one (1) month of employment.
At no cost to the employee, your income will be protected when you
become disabled.
After 90 days disability, insurance will cover 70% (base earning for
exempt employee and standard hourly rate for non-exempt employee) of
basic monthly earnings not to exceed the maximum monthly benefit, less
other income benefits until age 65.
